      Changing Hosted PBX Features

      When trying to change hosted PBX features through ucontrol.thinktel.ca you have to...

        • Open uControl
        • Click on the blue "Services" Tab, then click "Numbers by Type".
        • Enter the number in the search field or locate in the list of all your numbers.
        • Click the "Edit" button
      Change the desired fields
      Caller ID Number |Change|
      Voicemail Enabled: Choose True or False
      Web Self-Care Enabled: Choose True or False
      Web Self-Care Administrator: Choose True or False
      Web Self-Care Password |Change|
      Email |Change|
      Voicemail Pin |Change|
      Do Not Disturb (Y)
      SIM Ring Number |Change|
      Call Forwarding Number |Change|
      Call Forwarding Delay |Change|

      Surecall |Change|
        • Click Save
        • Repeat steps 2-6 for all numbers you wish to update.
