Scenario: You have forgotten the password for the uControl portal.
- Go to uControl.thinktel.ca.
- Click on the Forgot Password link.
- On the next page, enter your Username and Email address, then click Send.
- You will receive an email if the username and email match our records.
If you see an error message, it may mean that the information doesn’t match, please verify your information. - After receiving the email, click the Reset password link within it.
- You will then be prompted to create and enter a new password. Once you have chosen a new password, click Save.
- You can now login using your new password.
