      How To Register for Pre-Authorized Payments

      If you would like to set-up pre-authorized payments on ucontrol.thinktel.ca …

      Pre-Authorized Credit Card

      1. Open uControl
      2. Go to the Billing menu
      3. Select AR History or Invoices or Payments
      4. Click on Update Payment Profile
      5. Select how you would like to make the payment, Pre-Authorized Credit Card, and click Submit
      6. Click the Confirm button to validate the Credit Card.
      7. Enter the name on the credit card, email address, billing address for the credit card and credit card number, security code and expiry date
      8. Place a checkmark beside the Terms and Conditions
      9. Click Pay Now

       

      Pre-Authorized Debit

      1. Open uControl
      2. Go to the Billing menu
      3. Select AR History or Invoices or Payments
      4. Click on Update Payment Profile
      5. Select how you would like to make the payment, Pre-Authorized Debit, and click Submit
      6. Enter the Branch Number, Bank/Institution Number, Account Number and Account Holder Name
      7. Click Save
