To update a user profile name you will need to do the following:
1- login to voice.primus.ca
2- change view from basic to advance
3- click on users at bottom left
4- in the list find the user to update and check mark it
5- click on manage users at bottom of the page
This will do a pop-up page, on this page you will do the following:
1- change view from basic to advance
2- click on user profile located on left side
3- change the username (email) to the new employee
4- change the name from old employee to new employee
5- change CLID name from old employee to new employee
6- click on save at bottom of the page
The user profile will automatically update in the portal for you right away, but it will take up to 48hrs to update across the directory of all your phones.
This mean internal calling other users will still show the old employee name for up to 48hrs.
