To access the My Phone Portal and Manage your Voicemails:

To delete Voicemails
Once logged in, select the "Messages & Calls" tab
You have the option to delete the voicemails either 1 at a time by using the X at the far right of the window or you can select the "Delete All" button at the bottom of the page
Once the voicemails are deleted, they will remain in the "Deleted" tab (Recycle Bin) for 30 days
If you need to remove the voicemails from the Deleted section, simply click on the "Permanently Delete" button at the bottom of the page.
