How to dial international LD(Long Distance) numbers.

Problem:

Customer cannot dial international long-distance destinations ("011" + Country Code prior to dialing the number)

Solution:

1. Due to VOIP routing of international calls, you may have to wait longer before you hear the phone ringing. Give it a full 60 seconds before you hang up an international call.

2. Check the International LD setting on customer's account.

Problem:

Customers cannot dial international long-distance Cell destinations.

Solution:

Below is an example of calls to Peru, but with most international destination the format is the same. Just the dialed numbers are different.
