# Sending an Email as a fax with Fax&Scan

If you wish to send an email to a fax machine follow these steps.

1. Open the email you wish to fax.
2. Click file--\> Print.
3. Change option from printer to fax
4. Click Print--\> wait for pop up window.
5. Email will be included as an attachment
6. Enter fax number in the To: field.
7. Enter Subject (Optional)
8. If you wish cover letter enter it in the body section. (Optional)
9. Click "Send"
