When trying to change your channel commit through uControl you have to...
- Open uControl.
- Click on "Services" tab then click "SIP Trunks".
- Locate the blue SIP Trunk you want to edit.
- Click on the small blue Edit at the end of the SIP Trunk label.
To change the Channel Commit
5. Enter the desired committed channels.
6. Scroll down and click "Save"
To change the Maximum Channels
7. Go back to the Details page for the SIP Trunk you are editing.
8. Under the Configured SIP Binding - Click "Edit"
9. Enter your desired Maximum channel level in the channels field.
10. Click "Save"
Your Maximum Channels is a combination of all your bindings channel count.
So, if you have commit of 5 and want to burst to 10 and have one binding make the binding channel 10 but if you have two bindings you would make the channels 5 each.
Note: Bursting is set by manipulating either your commit or max. For further information please review.
Click Management -->Dashboard to return to main screen.
