When trying to convert a Fax to inbox (Fax2PDF) to a Print to Fax (Fax&Scan)
You are no longer able to just edit the line and Change the Scan & Fax to True. You now need to submit a request to our Orders group at email@example.com. Who will have to recreate the line? When the line is recreated, we will lose all archived faxes and will not be able to recover/forward.
Please submit the information below when opening an Orders ticket.
Please convert the below fax line to be Fax&Scan enabled.
When the line is recreated our orders, group will supply your log in credentials.
